What to Expect – Step by Step.
From the first conversation to your final settlement check, here’s exactly how we work.
Conversation & Assessment
We do not believe set commission rates are fair for either party. After a brief conversation to assess your needs and expectations, we set a time to take a look at what items you have to sell. We then let you know what we feel we need to charge as a commission – almost always a percentage of the sale price. No costs up-front.
Schedule & Intake
If you choose to move forward with us, we get you on our schedule to either drop your items off with us, or for our crew to come to your property and take pictures of the items for auction.
Auction Goes Live
Our auctions typically run online for 5 days up to two weeks. Removal day is within days of the auction close. From listing to last lot, we handle everything.
Settlement & Payment
Within two weeks of auction close, we send you a full settlement report and a check. We process all of the payments, and assist the buyers with removal.
We handle everything from start to finish.
From the time you agree to work with us we handle all of the pictures, descriptions, and communication with the buyers. You focus on what’s important to you, we’ll handle the selling.
